We partnered with Jobcase to build a cohesive brand that firmly establishes them as the go-to platform for workers everywhere to connect. We evolved their original brand identity to better showcase their unique community, resources, opportunities and support for the workers that engage on their platform.

Our first goal is always to learn. Before we create, we gain understanding. Understanding of the existing Jobcase brand, the audience and competitive set. We conducted extensive interviews with stakeholders. We did a deep dive into the audience. We talked to members and engaged in communities. We conducted a full competitive study. From this process we gain insights. We also build relationships, fostering a much more effective agency-client partnership. Creating a new brand identity is a big change for a company. Building trust and collaboration from the beginning makes a huge difference.
Be a Work Force.
Our brand process is verbally-led. Which means we define a brand first by what they say and how they say it. That story defines not just what a brand says and how it says it. It defines how it looks and everything it does. Jobcase is a community defined by its members. That community is a force for good– which inspired our Jobcase brand positioning and story “Be a Work Force.” We needed to create an authentic voice and messaging to show empathy and create trust.
