Partnering with CBR, our task was to get parents aware, educate them and encourage enrollment. Once made aware, expectant parents have questions. Lots of them. Often those questions come while sitting in a doctor’s office. Or waiting in line. Or anywhere besides in front of a computer. So we helped CBR go mobile and provide this information to potential customers. We also enabled mobile enrollments (and greatly simplified them on their website) resulting in a 19% increase in enrollments year over year, and a 51x increase in mobile enrollments.
In addition to re-imagining their web and mobile experience, we helped CBR with their brand across multiple channels, including social and digital. Given that 64% of people are more likely to bank their stem cells if they know someone who has done it, we recruited and filmed 21 families to tell their story on why they chose to bank, the importance of cord blood banking and why they believe in the power of cord blood stem cells.
