Cord Blood Registry (CBR) is the world’s largest newborn stem cell company. Stem cells derived from cord blood have been used in more than 30,000 transplants and the treatment of more than 80 diseases and disorders in both adults and children. The field of cord blood banking has grown exponentially in the last twenty years, yet over 95% of expectant parents don’t realize they have the option to save or donate their newborn’s cord blood.

The Challenge.

Partnering with CBR, our task was to get parents aware, educate them and encourage enrollment. We helped CBR go mobile and provide critical education and information to potential customers. We enabled mobile enrollments (and greatly simplified them on their website) resulting in a 19% increase in enrollments year over year, and a 51x increase in mobile enrollments.
